Sourdough rye bread workshop / Sut i wneud bara rhyg surdoes

Join Tom Baker from Rye and Roses bakery for a hands-on workshop learning how to make a German sourdough rye bread – Vollkornbrot – and a chance to gain a deeper understanding of naturally fermented bread. We’ll be baking one loaf during the workshop but making lots more dough so bring a tin if you’d like to take some home for baking, and a small tupperware or jam jar if you’d like some of Tom’s rye sourdough starter too. There will be bread and butter to taste during the session but no other food provided.
